Recap: Springfield Yellow Jackets vs. White House-Heritage Patriots
The Springfield Yellow Jackets were the 53-44 winner over the White House-Heritage Patriots when they last played one another back in November, but their luck changed this time around. Springfield had to suffer through a rough 61-33 loss at the hands of White House-Heritage. Springfield's defeat continues a unfortunate trend for the squad, making it four in a row.
Leading White House-Heritage to victory were Noah Green and Avery Coles. Green scored 15 points along with six rebounds, while Coles scored 17 points along with seven rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Coles has scored at least 25% of White House-Heritage's points. Another player making a difference was Pryce Payne, who scored eight points.
Springfield's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for White House-Heritage, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.
