Basketball Game Preview: Broken Arrow Tigers vs. Glenpool Warriors

The Broken Arrow Tigers and the Glenpool Warriors will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Broken Arrow will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Last Friday, Broken Arrow beat Jenks 44-35.

Broken Arrow had a senior duo take command as Macy Marraccini posted 13 points along with six rebounds and six steals and McKenzie Mathurin put up 15 points in addition to five rebounds and five steals. The game was Mathurin's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Peyton Dolan, who had six points.

Meanwhile, Glenpool hadn't done well against Collinsville recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Everything went Glenpool's way against Collinsville as Glenpool made off with a 55-33 victory. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 22 points or more this season.

Broken Arrow's win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 43.6 points. As for Glenpool, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Everything came up roses for Broken Arrow against Glenpool in their previous meeting back in January, as the team secured a 69-39 win. Will Broken Arrow repeat their success, or does Glenpool have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
