Volleyball Recap: Red Springs Comes Up Short

Red Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Pauls Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

Red Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for St. Pauls, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Red Springs will look to defend their home court on Thursday against East Columbus at 5:00 p.m. As for St. Pauls, they will take on Whiteville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
