Volleyball Recap: Plainfield North Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

Plainfield North won the last time they faced Plainfield East and things went their way on Thursday too. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bengals.

Plainfield North easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-17.

Plainfield North has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season. As for Plainfield East, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-14.

Plainfield North wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Oswego on the 14th. As for Plainfield East, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Edwardsville on the 11th.
