Recap: Tenor vs. St. Francis Mariners
Tenor suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Thursday. They were outmatched by St. Francis on the road and fell 82-49. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Tenor has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Tenor still got an impressive performance from Quintyn Robinson, who scored 26 points. Robinson hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games. Kyrell Davis was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Josh Green was a one-man wrecking crew for St. Francis as he scored 20 points along with seven rebounds and six steals. Another player making a difference was Jaron Johnson, who scored 20 points along with seven rebounds.
Tenor's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for St. Francis, they pushed their record up to 7-4 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
Tenor on the road again on Saturday and play against University Lake at 1:30 p.m. on January 13th. As for St. Francis, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Shoreland Lutheran at 7:15 p.m.
