Lowell won the last time they faced Sparta and things went their way on Monday too. The Red Arrows walked away with a 9-5 win over the Spartans. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Arrows.

Brennen Nelson and Justin Ungurean did most of the damage at the plate: Nelson went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Ungurean went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most RBI Nelson has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Bryce Lehman, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Lowell's victory bumped their record up to 15-11. As for Sparta, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-17.

Sparta has already played their next matchup (against Fremont), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Lowell will be paying especially close attention to the Spartans' game: after the Spartans face off against the Packers, they'll take on Lowell again at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
