Baseball Recap: Huron Comes Up Short

Huron lost against Saline on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The River Rats lost 14-2 to the Hornets. The River Rats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Huron saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Max Pinsky, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Daniel Feltner, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Huron's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11-1. As for Saline, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

While Huron had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
