Foley won the last time they faced Escambia and things went their way on Monday too. The Lions came out on top against the Gators by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Foley easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-16.

Foley's win bumped their record up to 11-18. As for Escambia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-14.

Coincidentally, Foley and Escambia will both be playing Buckhorn the next time they take the court. The Lions will host the Bucks at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Gators will play them later in the day, at 6:00 p.m.
