            Basketball Recap: Tri-Valley Warriors vs. Minto Lakers        
        
		
        
        
            Tri-Valley hadn't done well against Minto recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Friday. The Tri-Valley Warriors walked away with  a   46-37  win over the Minto Lakers. This was payback for the Warriors, who suffered  a  92-56  defeat the last time these two teams met.
 Several Lakers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Jonathon David Jr., who  posted 17  points. The  game was  David Jr.'s eighth in a row with at least ten points.  Warren Charlie was another key player,  putting up ten points.
Tri-Valley's record now sits at 6-3. As for Minto, they moved to 7-3 with that  loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
 Tri-Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  64-43  defeat against Shaktoolik on the 18th. As for Minto, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  an  80-59  loss against Cook Inlet Academy on the 18th.
