Soccer Recap: Huron Takes a Loss

Huron managed to keep up with Eastwood until halftime on Saturday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Tigers came up short against the Eagles, falling 4-0. Huron were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Eastwood apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2021.

Huron's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Eastwood, their win bumped their record up to 4-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Huron will welcome Columbian at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Eastwood, they will be playing at home against Rossford at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Eastwood will be up against Rossford's rather soft defense (which has allowed 7.25 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
