Vista Ridge not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 25, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They put the hurt on the Hutto Hippos with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Rangers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-12, 25-20.

Jennavee Jensen paced Vista Ridge's offense, picking up 15 kills. Jensen got some help from Lilly Gowan and her 21 assists. Allyson Krienke and Abby Norling kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Despite the defeat, Hutto saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Teagan Coombs had 13 digs.

Vista Ridge's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3. As for Hutto, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Vista Ridge has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Wakeland on the 21st. As for Hutto, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Judson on the 21st.
