Soccer Recap: Community Baptist Takes a Loss

Community Baptist lost against Oak Ridge Military Academy back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Conquerors lost 6-2 to the Eagles. Community Baptist were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

Chase Griffin wasn't going to let Oak Ridge Military Academy walk away unscathed as he scored both of Community Baptist's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

Community Baptist's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Oak Ridge Military Academy, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Community Baptist wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-0 victory against Covenant Classical on the 11th. As for Oak Ridge Military Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against LifeSpring Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
