Basketball Game Preview: Baldwin Indians vs. West Nassau Warriors

The Baldwin Indians just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the West Nassau Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. West Nassau took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Baldwin, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with six losses in a row, Baldwin turned things around against Beaches Chapel on Thursday. They walked away with a 59-49 victory over the Lions.

Meanwhile, West Nassau was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against Fernandina Beach, falling 64-27. Having soared to a lofty 55 points in the game before, the Warriors couldn't push the score so high this time.

West Nassau's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Baldwin, their win bumped their record up to 2-6.

Baldwin strolled past West Nassau in their previous meeting back in February of 2022 by a score of 73-57. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was West Nassau's Jye Thompson, who posted 22 points and six boards.
