Cypress put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 6-2 win over the California Condors. This was payback for the Centurions, who suffered a 6-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Delaney 'D.J.' Faus made a big impact no matter where she played. She struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk any time she's pitched this season. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.
