Baseball Recap: Ohatchee Comes Up Short

If Ohatchee was feeling good fresh off their 11-1 takedown of Victory Christian last Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Ohatchee Indians fell 8-3 to the Pleasant Valley Raiders on Thursday. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Raiders earlier this season, when they won 6-5.

Ohatchee now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Pleasant Valley, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-3.

Coincidentally, Ohatchee and Pleasant Valley will both be playing Wellborn the next time they take the field. Pleasant Valley will host Wellborn at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while Ohatchee will host them at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
