Basketball Recap: Aubree Ervans Key Part of Team Effort in Rangers Win

You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter and that's exactly how it played out for Reading on Tuesday. They strolled past the Colon Magi with points to spare, taking the game 41-24. This was payback for the Rangers, who suffered a 58-33 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Reading to victory, but perhaps none more so than Aubree Ervans, who went 7-for-17 en route to 21 points and six boards. With that strong performance, Ervans is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Abby Affholter, who posted six points in addition to 12 rebounds and three steals.

Reading smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. They are 9-2 when they hit their own glass that hard.

Reading's record now sits at 12-10. As for Colon, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-16.
