Baseball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central's last matchup with Verden could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Monday. The Bronchos lost 21-6 to the Tigers. The Bronchos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Verden, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Central has already played their next matchup, a 13-2 victory against Carnegie on the 31st. As for Verden, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 15-8 defeat against Sterling on the 31st.
