Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Tri-Cities sitting on four straight victories and Woodward Academy on ten.

Meanwhile, Woodward Academy faced Langston Hughes in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Woodward Academy secured a 63-58 W over Langston Hughes.

Tri-Cities better focus on containing Jarvis Hayes Jr. and Foster as the pair were huge in Woodward Academy's win. Hayes Jr. went 7-for-12 en route to 18 points in addition to six boards and six steals, while Foster shot 50% from the field to rack up 18 points and five rebounds. The dominant performance gave Hayes Jr. a new career-high in steals. Aaron Jackson was another key player, putting up eight points.

Woodward Academy pushed their record up to 27-4 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points over those games. As for Tri-Cities, their victory bumped their record up to 25-6.
