Recap: Tri-Cities Bulldogs vs. McIntosh Chiefs
The Tri-Cities Bulldogs's three-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 52-36 win over McIntosh.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tri-Cities to victory, but perhaps none more so than Paris Shelton, who scored 15 points along with nine steals and six assists. Those nine steals set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Alyssia Bandele, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds and five steals.
Tri-Cities now has a winning record of 5-4. As for McIntosh, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tri-Cities and Creekside will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024 without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
