Recap: Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca Wolves vs. Riverside Frontiers

After flying high against the Western New York Maritime Charter Commodores last Thursday, the Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca Wolves came back down to earth. Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca fell to Riverside 61-55. Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Riverside apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Riverside to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nelson Camacho, who scored ten points along with seven assists and four steals. Those four steals set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaheim Foster, who scored 13 points.

Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-2. As for Riverside, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Math Science Tech Prep at Seneca will be home for the holidays to greet City Honors at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Riverside will be home for the holidays to greet Olmsted at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
