Milford is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They blew past Tintic 51-22.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Escalante, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They snuck past Altamont with a 36-32 victory on Thursday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Moquis as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Escalante's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-13. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.5 points over those games. As for Milford, their win bumped their record up to 12-13.

Everything came up roses for Milford against Escalante in their previous matchup back in January, as the team secured a 59-27 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Milford since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
