Baseball Recap: Trimble Comes Up Short

Trimble lost against Southern back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tomcats fell just short of the Tornadoes by a score of 5-3. The Tomcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Trimble now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Southern, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trimble will square off against Alexander at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Southern, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Waterford at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tornadoes are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
