            For the second straight game, Sherwood will face off against Forest Grove. The Bowmen will head out on the road to  square off against  the Vikings  at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. Sherwood's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5  runs per game  this season, so Forest Grove's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
On Wednesday, Sherwood had just enough and edged out Forest Grove  2-1. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Bowmen.
 Alex Lopez spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on six hits and racked up ten Ks.
 At the plate, Sherwood saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kolby Stevenson, who  went 1-for-3 with two  RBI and one  double. Those  two  RBI gave  Stevenson a new career-high.

The  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games.
