Basketball Recap: Montevideo Takes a Loss

Montevideo suffered their closest loss since February 15, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers by a score of 42-39. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, with their most recent defeat being a 54-45 loss back in January.

Montevideo has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-18 record this season. Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta's win bumped their record up to 9-17.

As of now, neither Montevideo nor Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta have any future games scheduled.
