Recap: Kossuth Aggies vs. East Webster Wolverines
The Kossuth Aggies and the East Webster Wolverines squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but sadly the Kossuth Aggies had to settle for second. Kossuth's tough 33-10 loss to East Webster might stick with them for a while. Kossuth's defeat signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.
It was another big night for Kaleb Warnock, who rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 80 yards and two touchdowns.
Kossuth's loss dropped their record down to 10-2. As for East Webster, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-2.
Kossuth does not have any more games scheduled as of now. East Webster will face off against Winona at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Winona is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
