Katerina Kountouris continues to bring new and innovative ways to workout from your home.
Tabata training is a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout based on the time moving and rest of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
This at home workout is 30 minutes long with Tabata timing. There are a total of five exercises that you complete with 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds rest. Repeat each exercise four times before moving on to the next exercise. Complete each round three times total.

1. 4 reverse lunges + 2 Jump lunges
2. Pushup + Plank Twist
3. 4 squats + 1 Burpee
4. Bicycles
5. 10 mountain Climbers + 4 Shoulder Taps
