Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Ty Jones stepped things up a notch to give Shasta the 'W'. Jones scored a run while going 2-for-4. The performance also marked the most RBI (three) he has had since back in April of 2024.

Jones and Shasta will challenge Foothill at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Jones has dominated as far as stolen bases are concerned (he's averaged 1.2 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Cougars have only allowed 0.2 per game this season.
