Basketball Recap: Westborough Comes Up Short

Westborough was the 74-67 winner over Groton-Dunstable when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Westborough Rangers fell 73-61 to the Groton-Dunstable Crusaders on Tuesday.

Westborough's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Groton-Dunstable, they moved to 1-1 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Westborough will take on Oakmont Regional in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Groton-Dunstable and Marlborough will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
