Soccer Recap: Monomoy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Monomoy managed to slip by Falmouth the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Sharks lost 5-2 to the Clippers on Wednesday. Monomoy were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Falmouth apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Tate Laramee and Juan Pablo Baquero scored both of Monomoy's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Monomoy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Falmouth, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Monomoy will square off against Nantucket at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Falmouth, they will venture away from home to challenge Sandwich at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
