Preston Curtis turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Tuesday. He tossed 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has become a key player for Clinton: the team is 3-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 1-2 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Curtis and Clinton will head out on the road to challenge Williamsville at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
