It was a good run, but Dickson County unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Musselman Applemen.

Musselman had a senior duo take command as Alycia Miller had 21 digs and three assists and Bianca Hutzler had 11 assists and five aces. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Hutzler.

Dickson County's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Musselman, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

Dickson County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Summertown on the 13th. As for Musselman, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Spring Mills on the 13th.
