Washington Wins 21st-Straight Thanks to  Creed Barrett
 Washington picked up their 21st consecutive win   on Thursday thanks in part to  Creed Barrett. Barrett was dynamite, throwing for 232 yards and three touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes.
 Washington's win was  their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 6-0. They and Marlow are set to duel  on Thursday.

Howard Made His Presence Known in Washington's  49-7 Win
 Washington picked up their 21st consecutive win   on Thursday thanks in part to  Hudson Howard. Little Axe had no answer to  Howard  as he rushed for 72 yards and two touchdowns. Howard showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 50 yards.
 For the season,  Howard  has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 96 rushing yards per game.

Benton Mckim Turns in Season-Best  Effort
 On Friday, Crossings Christian had to settle for second even though  Benton Mckim put up the best numbers he has all season. Mckim made 13 total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 On the season,  Mckim  has averaged 6.8 total tackles per game. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 2.2  total tackles per game.

Case Alexander and Co. Win 21st in a Row
  Case Alexander's big game helped extend Washington's winning streak to 21 on Thursday. Alexander picked up 93 receiving yards and a touchdown, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's  had all season long. He showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 50 yards.
 For the season,  Alexander  has caught 2 touchdowns while averaging 26.3 receiving yards per game.
