Opp waltzed into their match on Saturday with five straight wins... but they left with six. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Long Rebels a 2-0 shutout. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-1 on Saturday.

Opp pushed their record up to 21-4 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.9 runs over those games. As for Long, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-7 record this season.
