Sidney entered their tilt with Stebbins on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They strolled past the Stebbins Indians with points to spare, taking the game 60-41. Given the Yellowjackets' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 217th, while the Indians are ranked 605th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Sidney pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Stebbins, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sidney will welcome West Carrollton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stebbins, they and Carroll will face off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Stebbins is facing Carroll at the right time seeing as Carroll is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
