Broadmoor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They wound up on the wrong side of a tough 15-4 walloping at the hands of the Tara Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Broadmoor of the 17-10 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.
For Tara's part, Adrian Coleman made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit. Coleman was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-1.
