Baseball Recap: Kennard-Dale Comes Up Short

Kennard-Dale came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 9-1 to the Northeastern Bobcats. The Rams have struggled against the Bobcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Kennard-Dale saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Hoffer, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Kennard-Dale's defeat dropped their record down to 15-6. As for Northeastern, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 13-6.

Kennard-Dale does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northeastern, they will face off against Red Land at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
