Basketball Recap: Stevens Takes a Loss

Stevens was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They were dealt an 83-10 defeat at the hands of the Sotomayor WILDCATS. The match marked the Falcons' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Stevens' loss dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Sotomayor, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-7.

It'll be Battle of the Birds when the Stevens Falcons duke it out with the Harlan Hawks at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Sotomayor, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Taft at 11:00 a.m. Sotomayor has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 209 points over their last three games.
