Baseball Recap: Haslett Takes a Loss

Haslett lost against Grand Ledge back in April of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings fell 3-0 to the Comets. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Andrew Bewersdorff was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he pitched six innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits.

Haslett now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Grand Ledge, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Looking ahead, Haslett will face off against Eastern at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Ledge, they will challenge Okemos at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
