Volleyball Recap: Thorndale Takes a Loss

Thorndale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Elgin Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Bulldogs have suffered since August 19th.

Thorndale's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Elgin, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-16.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thorndale will square off against Savio at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Elgin, they will be playing at home against Akins at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
