Baseball Recap: Weber Takes a Loss

Weber made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Farmington, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Warriors fell just short of the Phoenix by a score of 4-2 on Friday. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Phoenix this season, with their most recent loss being a 11-2 defeat on Wednesday.

Weber's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Farmington, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-12.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Weber is set to challenge their familiar foe Fremont at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Farmington will square off against rival Syracuse at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
