Having lost for the first time this season, Valley Falls fell to 11-1. As for Silver Lake, their victory bumped their record up to 8-1.

Meanwhile, Silver Lake will face off against Hiawatha at 9:00 a.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (45 vs. 158).
