Alexandria came tearing into Friday's game with 18 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 39.7 points), and they left with even more momentum. They breezed past the St. Cloud Tech Tigers to the tune of 109-71. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 63-34.

Alexandria was led to victory by Chase Thompson and Mason Witt. Thompson went 12-for-18 en route to 28 points, while Witt shot 64% from the field on his way to 28 points. Thompson's big performance that evening made it 11 games in a row in which he has scored at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Talan Witt, who went 8-for-11 to rack up 17 points.

Alexandria pushed their record up to 23-3 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 93.8 points over those games. As for St. Cloud Tech, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-19.
