Soccer Recap: Springville Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Springville waltzed into their game on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They were the clear victors by a 7-2 margin over the Payson Lions. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Springville's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Utah soccer rankings (they are ranked 11th, while Payson are ranked 85th).

Springville's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Payson, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-8.

Coincidentally, Springville and Payson will both be playing Spanish Fork the next time they take the pitch. The Lions will head out to face the Dons at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Red Devils will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
