Softball Recap: Hillsboro Takes a Loss

Hillsboro couldn't beat Sprague on Wednesday even though they stacked five runs on them in the fifth inning. The Spartans fell just short of the Olympians by a score of 11-9. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hillsboro's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Sprague, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-13.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillsboro will face off against Hood River Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sprague, they will head out to square off against West Salem at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Titans will roll in looking for their 12th straight win, something the Olympians surely won't give up without a fight.
