Recap: West Seneca East Trojans vs. Newfane Panthers
On Friday, it was close, but West Seneca East sidestepped Newfane for a 38-35 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for West Seneca East.
West Seneca East found their leader in underclassman Melanie Marcezin, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 10 rebounds. Marcezin hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games.
West Seneca East's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Newfane, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
