Volleyball Recap: Tarpon Springs Takes a Loss + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Tarpon Springs can now relate to. They fell just short of the Dunedin Falcons by a score of 3-2 on Wednesday. The Spongers haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Tarpon Springs started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 23-25, 25-19, 25-22, 15-5.

Tarpon Springs' loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Dunedin, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-6.

Tarpon Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dunedin, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Lemon Bay on the 25th.
