There's no place like home for Triangle Math & Science, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They strolled past the Woods Charter Wolves with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 35-20. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Wolves: they've now won six in a row.

Triangle Math & Science's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sanjana Vanukuri, who posted ten points and three blocks. That's the most points Vanukuri has posted since back in November of 2023. Another player making a difference was Noor Rana, who had seven points along with six assists and six boards.

Despite the loss, Woods Charter still got an impressive performance from Wesley Oliver, who earned 11 points.

Triangle Math & Science pushed their record up to 12-8 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.4 points over those games. As for Woods Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.

Coincidentally, Triangle Math & Science and Woods Charter will both be playing Clover Garden School the next time they take the court. Triangle Math & Science will host Clover Garden School at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Woods Charter will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
