St. Francis won the last time they faced Riverside-Brookfield and things went their way  on Monday too. The Spartans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  2-1  victory over the Bulldogs. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Spartans have posted  since October 4th.
 It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day St. Francis got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 18-25,  25-21.
