Basketball Recap: Crivitz Piles Up the Points Against Gibraltar

Crivitz won the last time they faced Gibraltar and things went their way on Monday too. The Crivitz Wolverines blew past the Gibraltar Vikings, posting a 51-23 win. Given the Wolverines' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 173rd, while the Vikings are ranked 396th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Crivitz has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Gibraltar, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Crivitz will welcome Lena at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Lena will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Crivitz surely won't give up without a fight. As for Gibraltar, they will take on Peshtigo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
