On Monday, Delta made easy work of Fortune Early College and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Saints in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won three in a row.

One reason for the win was Delta's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-15, 25-11.

Meanwhile, Leroy Greene Academy earned a 3-1 victory over Esparto on Wednesday.

Leroy Greene Academy was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-14, 22-25, 25-12.

Delta better keep an eye on Irene Aceves. She was instrumental in Leroy Greene Academy's win, getting 21 digs and eight aces. That's the most digs Aceves has posted over her last 15 contests.

Delta's record now sits at 3-9. As for Leroy Greene Academy, their record is now 13-11.
